Why Should Big Kids Have All the Fun?

The staff at Gordon Gateway are interested in offering plenty to keep children entertained and occupied during their stay.

Available from reception are board and card games for quiet times, evenings or rainy days.

Wild Rivers Jet - an exciting 50 minute jet boat trip up the King River.
Sandboarding or Tobogganing - for kids of all ages on the Henty Sand Dunes.
The Ship That Never Was - a fun, family show about the last escape from Sarah Island by ten convicts. Every day at 5.30pm (Sept to June).
Risby Cove Activities - At Risby Cove, just down the road, there are ducks to feed.
Swimming and Fishing - on a hot day, it's safe to swim at West Strahan Beach. Or you can grab a rod and bait from the hardware store and try your luck off the main wharf in Strahan.
Choo Chew's Lolly Shop - visit Choo Chew's Lolly Shop for a selection of Old Fashioned sweets and new favourites.
